Section 7. (b) If the entire highway is within the lines of the proposed allotment, the highway .ah~ll.be~impi~oved by the allotter, as specified in Section 6 and ade- quate provision made, prior to the acceptance of the dedication, for the inclusion of the reserved strip as a part of the highway, whenever equitable re-itnbureemertt for land and improvements shall be made to the allotter upon a basis fixed by the Council (Sec. 8, Ord. b2, Sept. 4, 1917 Section 9. Developers muss provide trees in. tree lawn according to the master tree plan of the city. Trees planted in the tree lawn by home owners should also be of the type specified in the master plan.
