-$- <br />insure uniformity in new developments. <br />Section 6. mccept as provided in Section $, and as a condition of the <br />acceptance and dedication of any highway, the fo]lowing improvements shall be <br />required to be im,de by the allotter, to wits <br />(a) The street grade shall be made in conformity with the recommendations <br />by the City Engineer, and must be approved by Council. <br />(b) Street or streets shall be paved with reinforced concrete pavement or <br />hot plant mixed asphaltic concrete pavement on a reinforced concrete base, with <br />concrete curbs and curb drains. Pavement to have a minimum width of twentq-four <br />(2L,.) feet between curbs, Concrete pavement or concrete base shall have a thick- <br />ness of seven (7) inches of reinforced concrete.
