Section 6. mccept as provided in Section $, and as a condition of the acceptance and dedication of any highway, the fo]lowing improvements shall be required to be im,de by the allotter, to wits (a) The street grade shall be made in conformity with the recommendations by the City Engineer, and must be approved by Council. (b) Street or streets shall be paved with reinforced concrete pavement or hot plant mixed asphaltic concrete pavement on a reinforced concrete base, with concrete curbs and curb drains. Pavement to have a minimum width of twentq-four (2L,.) feet between curbs, Concrete pavement or concrete base shall have a thick- ness of seven (7) inches of reinforced concrete. Hot plant mixed asphaltic con- crete when used shall have a minimum thickness of two (2) inches. All of the materials and workmanship shall conform to the specifications of the City of North Olmsted and the State of Ohio Highway Department. Storm sewers of adequate size for drainage of the street or streets, the lots fronting thereon, and the natural drainage intercepted by said streets, together with curb connections and other appurtenances thereto, must be installed by the allotter. Where sanitary sewers are not available, storm sewers must have a suffi- cient size and depth to drain all cellar bottoms of buildings to be built on abutting lots.
