Lot widths shall be no less than 60 feet. <br />Section 4, SET-SAOg REGULATIONS <br />In ar~r District the minimum set-back requirements for <br />structures shall be as follows: <br />(a) In A, AA, AAA Residence Districts at least 50 feet <br />from street line. <br />(b) In ~iBn Residence Districts at least 50 feet from <br />street line., <br />(c) In nCn Residence Districts at least 40 feet from <br />street line. <br />Section 5. SIDE AND REAR YARD REGULATIONS <br />In ar~q District the minimum side-yard and back-yard re- <br />quirements for dwellings shall be as follows: <br />(a) In riA~~~ ~~AA~~ and ~~AAA'~ Residence Districts the <br />minimum width of a aide yard shall be five feet, but the sum of the two <br />side yards shall not be leas than 20 feet. The minimum depth of rear yards <br />shall be 50 feet. <br />(b) In r~Bii and nCn Residence Districts the minimum width <br />of a side yard shall be five feet, but the sum of the two side yards shall <br />not be less than 15 feet, the minimum depth of rear yards shall be 95 feet. <br />ARTICLE 'VII <br />USE REGULATIONS FOR RETAIL BUSINESS DISTRICTS <br />DEFINITION: Section ]~.
