16-. Article it shall not include arty establishment which supplies a retail out- let other than that on the premises. Section 2. RETAIL BUSINESS DISTRICTS - USES. Within any Retail Business District no building or premises shall be erected, usedi arranged or designed to be used, in whole or in part, for other than one or more of the following specified uses; It. All uses permitted and as regulated in any Residence District. ~. Business uses as indicated in this section, including; (a) Grocery, including fruit, vegetable, meat, dairy products and baked goods; meat market; bakery; Drug Store; Confectioneries, delicatessens and restaurants; beverage stores, soft and spiritous liquors, (See section 2-2-F) Sales of general merchandise, including sales in Department stores Hardware, paint and wallpaper, furniture and household appliance stores; Wearing Apparel Shopss Banks, Savings & Loan Compan3.es; Variety and Dry Goods Stores; Flower Shops; Gift Shops; Shoe Repair Shops; Bootblack Shop; B artier & beauty Shops; Ice Station; Offices; Office Buildings; Parking Lot; Retail Textile cleaning establishment in which only non--explosive non- inflamamable solvents are used. H otel, i~totel, Apartment Hotel, Undertaking establishment; Mortuary, ESnbalmin~; General Hospital only, Convalescent or nursing home or home for the infirm and aged, provided that the building is more than 50 feet from any side or rear property line and complies with ordinances of the city specifically €overning such homes; Cat and Dog Hospital or let shop if noise and odor are effectively con- fined to the premises; Business Colleges; :?rivate Trade Schools; Research and Testing Laboratories, Radio and Television Stations and an- tenna; Telephone Exchange or Transformer Station, if :yore than 15 feet from a residence district; Railroad, public service or bus passenger station; Bus Terminal if the roadwa~~ or the street upon which the bus entrance or exit is located is at least ~1i. feet wide between curbs; Public Garage; Community Garage; Sales rooms; Automobile Showrooms; Auto Supply Store; Lot for sale of second-hand motor vehicles or trailers; (dunk yards pro- hibited) only by person, firm or corporation uossessing a franchise to sell new cars, within the cor~~orate limits of the City of North Olmsted.
