-19- <br />Section 2. Each house trailer shall be located at least <br />(1C) feet from ar~q building, xnadxay, alley or other house trailer. These <br />requirements shall apply to leantos, auxiliary rooms, and similar access- <br />ories connected to house trailer but shall not apply to temporary porches <br />and canopies of fire resistant materials and are open on two or more sides. <br />No house trailer shall be located closer to the public street than the <br />building setback line established fob residential construction on adjac®nt <br />properties. <br />Section 3. Each house trailer lot shall abut or face on a <br />driveway of clean unoccupied space of not less than'. twenty (2) feet in <br />width. All driveways shall have unobstructed access to a public thorough- <br />fare and shall be maintained in a passable and reasonably dustproof con- <br />dition at all times. <br />Section 4. Each house trailer lot shall be provided with <br />a walkway not less than two (2) feet in width which shall lead from the <br />gain door of the house trailer to the adjacent driveway or mail walkway. <br />The walkway shall be maintained in a dustproof and mud-free condition at <br />all times. <br />Section 5. Adequate space for the parking of all autos <br />of house trailer park occupants and employees shall be provided. All house <br />trailer park driveways and mail walkways shall be lighted at night by <br />adequate lighting. <br />ARTICLE XI <br />USE RBGiJLATIOIdS FOR INDiJSTRIAL DISTRICTS <br />Section 1. Definition. A Limited Industrial District is defined <br />as an area usually adjacent to a Retail Business or more restricted Use Dis- <br />tract, in which storage, wholesaling, passenger or motor freight transporation <br />terminals, light manufacturing and other semi-industrial aspirations of such <br />nature as not to be detrimental to an adjacent Retail Business or more res- <br />tricted Use District, are permitted. <br />Section 2. Permitted BuildinRS & Uses. Within any Limited <br />Industrial District no buildings or premises shall hereafter be erected, altered, <br />used, arranged, or designed to be used, in whale or in part for other than one <br />or< more of the following specified uses; provided that all resulting smoke, <br />dust, fumes, gases, odors, cinders, refuse matter, flashing and vapor are either <br />effectively confined to the premises or are disposed of in a manner which will <br />not create a nuisance or hazard to safety or health, and further provided that <br /> <br />
