<br />at a distance of 75 feet from such premises.
<br />1. All business uses permi.ted in Business District, (excluding
<br />any residential uses.)
<br />2. Carpet, dry cleaning or dyeing plant.
<br />3. Laundries employing any number of persons.
<br />4. Cold Storage and food locker plants, ice plants.
<br />5. Bottling plants, creameries.
<br />6. Sheet metal, furnace, plumbing supply, blacksmith, woodworking
<br />and monument shopes.
<br />7. Food products, confection manufacture.
<br />8. Garment factories.
<br />9. Pharmac®utical manufacture.
<br />10. Newspaper, magazine and book plants.
<br />11. Painting or varnishing of products made on premises.
<br />12. Machine Shops, in which planers, finish grinders, shapers,
<br />milling machines, lathes, drill presses, hydraulic presses,
<br />and similar tools are used.
<br />13. Any other manufacturing or industrial enterprise, operation, or
<br />process, whether making, assembling, repairing, buffing, finishing,
<br />plating, painting, annealing or brazing, welding, polishing, and
<br />tempering, packing, shipping or storing; of a character and
<br />extent similar to those specified above and providing the building
<br />oa use coanplies with the requirements oP this section relating to
<br />the control of cinders, dust, flashing, fumes, gases, oddrs, refuse
<br />matter, smoke, vapor, noise and vibrations.
<br />14. Bulk storage, or warehouse for, such materials as building materials,
<br />contractorts eq~pdsnt, cotton; wool, clothing materials, fabrics,
<br />feed, furniture, hardware, ice, machinery, metals other than
<br />scrap or dunk, metals, paint, pipe, rubber, shop and store supplies,
<br />ar~d provided there shall be no storage of salvaged lumber or other
<br />used building material, dunk, Paper, glass, rage, rubber, or other
<br />discarded or salvaged articles or materials either in i.dings or
<br />on premises, and also provided that the storage be within an area
<br />enclosed by a fence or building.
<br />Section 3. Board of Review. Proposed industries, buildings, or premises
<br />to be erected in a Limited Industrial District, must be approved by the
<br />Planning Commission, prior to the issuance of building permits.
<br />Section 4. Buffer Strip. The perimeter of an industrial district must
<br />contain a buffer strip with minimum width of 50 feet to separate industrial
<br />and residential districts. The plantings in the buffer strip must conform to
<br />similar plantings in the City of North Olmsted.
<br />ARTICLE XII
<br />HEIGHT AND AREA REGULATIONS FOR LIMITED INDtJSTR1AL DISTRICTS
<br />Section 1. HEIGHT REGULATIONS. In a Limited Industrial District no
<br />building or structure shall be erected to a height i.n excess of 30 feet.
