-33- <br />Administrative Officer. <br />Section 3. PENALTY FOR VIOLATION. <br />The owner or owners of any building or premises or a <br />part thereof, where anything in violation of this ordinance shall be <br />placed or shall exist, and arty architect, builder or contractor who assists <br />or participates iri the commission of any such violation, and all persons <br />or corporations who shall violate arty of the provisions of this ordinance <br />or fail to comply therewith or ar~y requirements thereof, or who shall <br />build in violation of any detailed statement of plans submitted and approved <br />thereunder, shall. far each and every violation of non-compliance be guilty <br />of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not more <br />than forty-nine 049.00) dollars, and each day during which said violation <br />shall continue shall constitute a separate offense, <br />Section lt. ;PLATS. <br />All ap*~lications for building permits shall be accom- <br />parried by a plat or plot plan in duplicated drawn to scale, showing the <br />actual dimensions of eaoh lot to be built upon, the size and location of <br />each building to be erected upon each lot and such other information as <br />may be necessary to enable the Administrative Officer to determine that the <br />proposed structure and use of land will conform to the provisions of this <br />Ordinance. A Record of such applications and plats shall be kept in the <br />office of the Administrative Officer. <br />Section 5. 1.iUILDIi~G Pr~tZi~2[T - CEt~TIFICATE OF OCCUPANCX <br />(a) No excavation for foundation, nor the erection <br />construction or structural alteration of aray structure or part of a <br />structure, or occupancy of streets, or alleys with building materials or <br />temporary structures for construction purposes, shall be undertaken until <br />a permit therefor shall have been issued by the Administrative Officer, <br />No such permit shall be issued before application has been made for a <br />Certificate of Occupancy. <br />(b) No vacant land shall be occupied or used and no <br />structure hereafter erected, structurally altered or changed in use shall <br />be used or changed in use until a Certificate of Occupancy shall have <br />been issued by the Administrative Officer. <br />(c) A Certificate of Occupancy, either for the whole or <br />a part of a new building or for alteration of an existing building, shall <br />be applied for, coincident with the application for a building permit and <br />M~..~,,,-_,.,.a ~.,b.. __... ~~.. .r..,~-~.,E-,., r~-~.-,,:.,-,. .. . <br />_ .. <br />
