-/+- <br />are occupied singly and not as dwelling unitso <br />(cc) HOTEL APARTMENT - A building occupied more or less permanently as <br />a residence in which rooms are occupied singly and~or as dwelling units, <br />(dd) HOSPITAL - A building in which persons suffering physical illness <br />or in3ury are temporarily harbored for medical or surgical treatment, <br />(ee) HOUSE ?RAILER - Any self-propelled or non-self propelled vehicle so <br />designed, constructed, reconstructed, or added to by means of accessories in such <br />a manner as will permit the use and occupancy thereof for human habitation <br />whether resting on wheels, hacks or other temporary or permanent foundation and <br />used or so constructed as to permit its being used as a conveyance upon the public <br />streets or highways. <br />{ff) HOUSE TRAILER PARK - Any site, lot, field,. or tract of land upon <br />which one (1) or more house trailers used for habitation are parked either free <br />or charge or for revenue purposes, and shall include arty roadway, building, <br />structure, vehicle, or enclosure used or intended for use as part of the facilities <br />of such house trailer park. <br />(gg) "JUAIK++ -Any v~rorn-out, cast off, or discarded article or material <br />which is ready for destruction, or has been collected or stored for salvage or corgi-~ <br />version to some other use. Arty article or material which unaltered or unchanged <br />and rrlthout further reconditioning can be used For its original purpose as <br />readi'~y as when new shall not he considered Sunk. <br />(hh) LOT - {PLOT) - A parcel of land which is or may be occupied by a <br />building and accessory buildings, including the open spaces required under this <br />ordinance. <br />(ii) LOT - CORNER - A lot abutting upon two or more streets at their <br />intersection. <br />(~~) LOT - DEPTH - The mean horizontal distance between the front lot <br />line and the rear lot line. <br />(kk) LOT - INTERIOR - A lot the side lines of which do not abut on a <br />street, <br />(11) LOT - THROUGH - An Interior lot having frontage on two streets. <br />(mm} LOT - WIDTH - The shortest distance between aide lines of lot <br />measured at building line, <br />(nn) LOT LINE - An imaginary line separating and bounding the lot from <br />adjoining land, public or private. <br />(oo) MAIP[ BUILDING - The building or space occupied by the chief use <br />or activity on the premises. <br />(pp) MIXED OCCUPANCY - Occupancy of a building or land for more than one <br />
