-3- <br />(q) FLOOR AREA - A floor space enclosed by exterior walla or fire-walls, <br />or by a combination of them. <br />(r) FLOOR AREA, LIVABLE - In all cases no area shall be considered as <br />livable floor area unless same is supported by beams of structural strength of <br />the kind required by the Building Code of City of North Olmsted for a usable <br />floor area. Further in the determination of livable floor area, there shall be <br />excluded any and all verandas, porches, terraces, breezeways, garages, bays, <br />uti],.ity rooms, and where the ceiling is less than four (4) feet above the floor. <br />(s) FOUNDATION AREA - In the determination of Foundation area, porches, <br />verandas, breezeways, garages, bays, terraces, utility rooms and the 1i.1~e shal]. <br />be excluded. <br />(t) GARAGE - A building, structure or any portion thereof used for hous- <br />ing or repairing motor vehicles.
