<br />AND OtMALLEY PROPERTIES FOR WIDENING A
<br />PORTION OF ROSITI LANE, PROPOSED IN THE
<br />CRESTWOOD SUBDIVISION, NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO,
<br />FOR DEDICATION AND RECORDING.
<br />WHEREAS, the westerly 200 feet of Rosita Lane as shoran by the
<br />plat of the Crestwood Subdivision in the City of North Olmsted, Ohio,
<br />as heretofore accepted by this Council indicated a 50 foot street, while
<br />the balance of said Rosita Lane indicated a 60 foot street, and
<br />WHEREAS, Harry D. Huiplarey and Dorothy H. Humphrey, owners
<br />of the premises at the aorthwast corner of Walter Road and Rosita Lane
<br />and Edward J. OiMalley and Patricia A. 01Malley, owners of the premises
<br />at the southeast corner of said Walter Road and Rosita Lase have deeded
<br />a five-foot strip on each side of said Rosita Lane to the City of North
<br />Olmsted, Ohio, for street purposes.
<br />THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH
<br />OLMSTED, STATE OF OHIO:
<br />3ectioa 1. That the tyro parcels hereafter fully described
<br />deeded to t~ity of North Olmsted by Harry D. Humphrey and Dorothy H.
<br />Humphrey, and the parcel hereinafter described deeded to the City of
<br />North Olmsted by Edward J. OtNalley and Patricia A. OtMalley are hereby
<br />accepted by the City of North Olmsted, Ohio and dedicated for public
<br />use as a public street and as part of said Rosita Lane proposed:
<br />Parcel 1 - from Harry D. Humphrey and Dorothy H. Humphrey.
<br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and
<br />State of Ohio, and known as being part of Original Dover Township Lot
<br />No. 29, bounded and described as follows:
<br />Beginning on the Easterly side of Walter Road, (60 feet wide),
<br />at its intersection with the Southerly line of a parcel of land con-
<br />veyed to Harry D. Humphrey, by deed dated June 1$, 1955, and recor~ited
<br />in Volume $40$, Page 5~9 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence South
<br />$90 5$' 25" East, along said Southerly line, which is also the North-
<br />erly side of Rosita Lane, proposed, {50 feet wide), as shown in the
<br />Crestwood Subdivision, recorded in Volume 155 of baps, Page 22 of
<br />Cuyahoga County Records 13$ feet; thence North Oo 3?~ 05n East,
<br />5 feet; thence North $9b 5$r 25" West, parallel with the Northerly
<br />line of Rosita Lane proposed, 13$ feet to the Easterly side of Walter
<br />Road; thence South t~o 37' 05n West, along said Easterly line 5 feet
<br />to the place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to
<br />all legal highways.
<br />Parcel 2 -from Dorothy H. Humphrey and Harry D. Humphrey.
<br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and
<br />State of Ohio, and known as being part of Original Dover Township Lot
<br />No. 29, bounded and described as follows:
<br />Beginning at a point on the Southerly line of a parcel of land
<br />conveyed to Harry D. Humphrey by dead dated June 1$, 1955 and recorded
<br />in Volume $l~.O$, Page 5~r9 of Cuyahoga County Records, distant Easterly,
<br />measured along said Southerly line, 13$ feet from its intersection
<br />wi~h the Easterly ~.ine of Walter Road, (60 feet raided ; thence South
<br />$9 5$' 25" East, along the Southerly line of said parcel so conveyed
<br />to Harry D. Humphrey, which is also the Northerly side of Rosita Lane,
<br />proposed, (50 feet wide), as shows in the Crestwood Subdivisiog, recorded
<br />in Volume 155 of Maps, Page 22 of Cuyahoga County Records, 62 feet;
<br />thence North 00 37' 05h East, 5 feet; thence North $90 5$' 25fe West,
<br />and parallel with the Northerly line of Rosita Lane, proposed, 62 feet;
<br />thence South Oo 37' 05tt West, 5 feet to the place of beginning, be the
<br />same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
