Parcel 3 -from Edward J. OtMalley and Patricia A. O~Malle3r. <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and <br />State of Ohio, and known as being part of Original Dover Township Lot <br />No. 29, bounded and described as follow: <br />Beginning on the Easterly side of Walter Road, (60 feet wide) <br />its intersection with the Northerly line of a parcel of la~xl conveyed <br />to Edward J. O+Melley and Patricia A. OtMalley by deed dated Septem- <br />ber 1, 1953, and recorded in Volume $fl13, Page 9~. of Cuyahoga County <br />Records; thence South $90 5$~ 25n Bast, along said Northerly line, <br />which is also the Southerly side of Rosita Lane, proposed, (50 feet <br />wide), as shows in the Crestwood Subdiv3.sion, recorded in Volume 155 <br />of Maps, Page 22 of Cuyahoga County Records, 200 feet to the North- <br />easterly corner of said parcel so conveyed to Edward J. OtMalley and <br />Patricia A.
