(~} Each motel or motor court shall be under the direct msnagemen~ of the owner, licensee or his agent or representative. Such person or per- sons must be of good reputation and character, and shall .maintain a record. which shall include the noses of all persons being accommodated at the motel or motor court, their hom+~ address, the license number and make of their automobile or other vehicle, and shall require all persons seeking accommodation at the motel or motor court to exhibit his or her opex~ator~s license issued. by the State of Ohio, Bureau of Motor Vehicles, or other state within the United States, which. he shall compare with the name given for registration at the motel or motor_eourt In addition to the foregoing, the owner, licensee or his agent or representative of such motel or motor court, shall also request that all persons seeking accommodation at the motel or motor court exhibit their certificate of registration for said automobile or other vehicle issued by the state granting the automobile license. However, failure to do so will not constitute a violation of this ordinance. (c} It shall be the duty of the manager of the motel or motor court: 1 To provide for the collection and removal of all refuse, garbage or other waste material. 2 To prohibit the placing or storage of unsightly material or vehicles of any kind. 3 To provide for the regular cleaning, painting, repairing an d disinfecting of all buildings. 1~.
