<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY' OF NORTH OIMSTED,
<br />3T$T$ OF OHIO:
<br />3sctio,~,,,~ REGISTRATION REQUIRED.. No person, firm,
<br />cm-partner, c®rporation, association or any ccaa-biaation there®f
<br />shall undertake individually, with or for another ts~ install, reinstall,
<br />repair, replace is whole or in part, reset, reassemble, move, alter or
<br />convert any proposed or existing plumbing system or nay part thereof,
<br />unless such person or at least one member of such firm, co-partnership,
<br />corporative, association or any combination Chereof, in each breach
<br />office, sales agency, shop or the like operated by said person, firm,
<br />co-partnership, c®rperation, association or any combinative thereof,
<br />having full authority to represent and act for same fa all matters
<br />regulated by the plumbing cods, has been duly r®gistered by the building
<br />can+~issivner to perf~ such work in c~pliaace with the provisions and
<br />regulations of the plumbing cods and in accordance with the requirements
<br />thereof.
<br />Applicants for registration to engage im or work at the
<br />trade or occupation or business of a plumbing contractor shall apply
<br />for registration at the office of the building commissioner and make
<br />application for such registration on form provided by the said building
<br />ccissioner.
<br />c i 2 ~, REQUIREN~EATT~. (a) Bverp application for
<br />registratioS s aoatain the name of the person applying for registra-
<br />tion and the place of business of the applicant. If the applicant is a
<br />member of a firm, co-partnership, corporation, association or any cot-
<br />bination thereof, the application shall contain the names and addresses
<br />of all members or officers, as the case may be, and such other inforsa-
<br />tion as the building ec~issianer may require together with a certified
<br />copy of the corporation minutes or other certified evidence showing
<br />that the applicant is duly authorised to represent and act for such
<br />firm co-partnerships corporation association or any cc~binativn thereof'
<br />in a~.l matters regulated by the plumbing cods..
<br />(b:) Applicant must furnish proof satisfactory to the bni,ld-
<br />ieg commissioner that he is duly qualified to perform, is a proper
<br />manner, all work permitted under the license for which application is
<br />made, by producing a license previously issued by a municipality having
<br />a Bflard of ~caminers.
<br />(c) every applicant for registration as a plumbing contractor
<br />shall ,upon.- approval of the application furnish and file with the
<br />building commissioner a bond iffi the penal sum of ~1,t340.00, to be ap-
<br />proved as to form by the solicitor, and as to sufficiency by the mayor
<br />g~xaranteeing fell and faithful compliance by the applicant, with all t'he.
<br />provisions and regulations of the plumbing cods.
<br />S~ctio FEE FOR REGISTRATION. Upon approval of the
<br />application ~t~r registration as a plma~biag contractor by the building
<br />commissioner, the applicant shall file with the said building ctarmBis-
<br />sioaer, the required bond, groperly executed and approved and shall
<br />pay a regis~tratioa fee of X10.00 and receive From the bui~.di~ag com-
<br />missioner acertificate of registration as a plumbing contractor en-
<br />titling him to install, re-install, repair replace in whole or in
<br />part, reset, alter, convert and move plurabing systems, pursuant with
<br />the provisions and regulations of the plumbing code, within the corporate
<br />limits of the City of North Ol~asted for the curr®nt calendar year.
<br />Secti ~ RENE6dAL OF CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATIE~1. All
<br />plumbing contrast®r s certificates of registration and all rebewals
<br />thereof shall expire o8 the 31st day of December of each year and may
<br />be renewed, providing all non-compliance .with or violations of the
