The building ccmm~ ss ®ner may suspend or revoke any certificate of registra- tion or renewal thereof issued under the provisions and regulations herein set forth for any of .the following reasons (a) A+Ilisrepresentation of a material fact by the applicant in obtaining certificate of registration or the (b,) Use of certificate of registration inn permits for another. ~c) Faulty or defective workmanship.. Failure to conform with the orders of the building commissioner or his duly authorised inspectors shall result is the suspension or revocation of the registrants certificate or prosecu- tion or both. Sect 0 APPEAL, A registrant whose certificate has been suspended or r-evv~e may appeal such order of suspension or revocation to the Zcni Board of Appeals, The Zoning Board of Appeals shall per- mit the ,appellant and the building commissioner t® call witn®sses and introduce caa~petent testimony pertinent t0 a hearing on appeal.
