All driveways shall have unobstructed access to a public thoroughfare and shall be maintained in a passable and reasonably dustproof condition at all times, section 4. Each house trailer lot shall be provided with a walkway not lass than two (2) feet in width which shall lead from the main door of the house trailer to the adjacent .driveway or main walkway, The walkway shall be main- tamed in ~ dustproof and mud-fre® condition at all Mmes. Section 5. Adequate space ,for the parking of all autos of house trailer park mccupants and employees shall be provided, All house trailer park driveways and. main walkways shall be lighted at night by adequate lighting. ARTICLE XI SPECIAL REGULATIONS FOR GARAGES AND PUBLIC FILLING STATIONS Section 1. COMMUNITY GARAGES - BE.SIDENCE DISTRICTS. In any Residence District a Caeaa~-unity Garage may be erected in the interior of a block, provided: (a) No portion of such structure shall be nearer than sixty (60) feet to the frontage of the block, or nearer than forty (1~0) feet to a street line along the side of the block. (b) No portion of such structure shall be less than fifteen {15) feet from the center of an alley. (c) No portion of such structure shall be nearer than two hundred (200) feet to an existing dwelling. (See Section ~ e LO of Art. XIII). Section 2. GARAGES ACCESSORY TO MULTIPLE I?WELLINGS. In a °C" Residence District a garage with storage space to the extent of not more than one car for each family may be erected upon the same lot with a multiple dwelling, for the housing of automobiles for those who have a residence in such dwelling, provided: {a) I3o portion of such garage shal3. be nearer than sixty (60) feet to the frontage of the block, or nearer than forty (40) feet to a street line along the side of the blocky unless located in a suitable room within the dwelling. (b) No repair facilities are maintained and no repairs excepting those Of a minor nature are made. (c} Any door for vehicles, opening upon a street, shall be at least fif- teen (15) feet from the street line and an open, unoccupied space shall be main- tained between said door and the street line, The height of such open, unoccu- pied space shall be not less than twelve (12) feet and the other dimensions shall be such that no part of the structure encroaches on the triangular area circumscribed by lines joining the center of the doorway and two points on the street line, one on either side of the center line of the doorway and each twelve {12) feet therefrom.
