9. <br />Section 2. ZONE ~IAP AND BOtTNDAR~S <br />The Map herei:~ referred to, which is identified by the title "City of <br />North Olmsted, Ohio, Zone Map," on file with the Service Department of the City <br />~~f North Olmsted; and which is hereby declared ta~be a part of this ordinanee~ <br />3ha11 be known as the"Zone Maps" <br />{a) Wherever, upon the Zone Map, a district boundary is shown or indicate' <br />~o coincide with a street or alley line, or with a lot line, the boundary shall be <br />the center of such street or alley, or on such lot line. <br />(b) In all other cases the location of district boundaries on the ground <br />shall be ascertained by scaling the Zone Map and by such aids to interpretation <br />as are furnished by the Zone Map and this ordinance. <br />ARTI <br />Section 1. APPLICATION OF REGULATIONS: <br />{a) Hereafter no land shall be used or occupied, and no building or <br />structure shall be erected, altered, used or occupied, except in conformity with <br />the regulations herein established for the district in which such land, building <br />or structure is located. <br />(b) In cases of mixed occupancy the regulations for each use shall apply <br />to the portion of the building or land so used. <br />USE REGULATIONS <br />Section 2. "A" RESIDENCE DISTRICTS. In an A, AAA AAA Residence District, <br />Land may be used and buildings or structures may be erected, altered or used, <br />only for the following: <br />Permitted uses: <br />1. One~'amily Dwelling <br />2. Church or other place of worship <br />3. School or college, including fraternity house, sorority house, <br />or dormitory, for faculty or students, if located on the same <br />unit of property upon which the school or college buildings <br />are situated. <br />4. Library <br />5• Museum <br />b. Park (not including an amusement park operated for profit). <br />7~ Playground or athletic field <br />8. Country club <br />9. Truck Garden, private greenhouse or nursery. <br />(See Section 5-4} <br />10. Cre:aatories in existing cemeteries, provided they are not within <br />300 feet of any boundary that abutts a Residence District, <br />11. Accessory uses, incident to any of the principal uses above <br />listed and not involving the conduct of a business. <br />Section 3• "B" RESIDENCE DISTRICT - In a "B" Residence District, land <br />gay be used and buildings or structures may be erected, altered or used only for <br />,he following: <br />Permitted Uses: <br />
