Further in the determination of livable floor area, <br />there shall be excluded any and all verandas, porches, terraces, bre-ezewoe-ys, <br />garages, bays, utility rooms, and where the ceiling is less than four {k) <br />feet above the flOOr, <br />(q) FOUNDATION AREA - In the determination of foundation area, porches, <br />verandas, breezeways, garages, bays, terraces, utility rooms and the like <br />shall be excludedo <br />(r) GARAGE - A building, structure or. any portion thereof used for <br />housing or repairing motor vehicles. This does not include rooms for storing, <br />exhibiting or showing new cars far sales <br />(s) PRIVATE GARAGE ~ In a Residential District the floor area of a <br />private garage erected as an accessory b~ulc~ing, or as a part of the dwelling <br />unit, shall not exceed b50 sq, ft. of floor area unless the lot area exceeds <br />6,700 sq. ft. in which event the garage floor area may be increased to no <br />more than 750 sq, ft.
