<br />.~ <br />344 <br />(e) Alike certificate shall be ir~sued for the purpose o!' ~intsn.. <br />ing, renewing, changing or extending a non--corforming use, eacistng at the <br />time of the passage of this ordinance; and such Certificate shall state <br />that the use does not conform with the provisions of this ordinance. Far <br />the purpose of complying with this requirement, the Administrative Officer <br />shall mail such Certificate to the occupants or owners of all such property <br />within thirty {30) days after the passage of this ordinance. <br />(f) A record of all Certificates of Occupancy shall be kept on file <br />in the office of the Adudnistrative Officer and a copy shall be furnished on <br />request to any parson having a proprietary or tenancy interest in the build. <br />ing or land affected. <br />(g) go Pee shall be charged for an original certificate of Occupaac~r <br />as required herein; but for each copy of an original certificate them <br />shall be a charge of one dollar (~i.0a), which shall be re®itted to the <br />City Treasurer by the issuing officer. <br /> <br />C~iAt~GES AHI? <br />section 1.
