Full time employees of the Fire Department having completed five years of full time continuous service as employees of said department shall be paid an additional 196 of their base annual salary thereafter until completion of the tenth gear of continuous full time service, after which stash employees shall receive 396 of their base annual salary thereafter until the completion of the 15th pear of continunua foil ties service, and thereafter 4'~ of their base annual salary until after the completion of the ~Oth year of contintxaus fu11 time service and during each year of full time service thereafter they shall receive 596 of their base annual salary as longevity increments.
