WHER,BAS, Council has heretofore established a sewer service charge t® be paid in coaaeeton with water Mils by all consus~trs' connection to the saitary sewage system; sad WHEREAS, in sons instances these sewer service charges have resulted iA a total bill for water and sewer ser- vice charge which is extremely high; and W!~[IIRBA~'-, Council and the Administration are in- terested in determining whether or not the actual experience thus far will sh~- figures which would permit any alteration in the rats or method of computing the same. NC~W, THEREFCNtE, BE IT ORDAINED HY THB COUNCIL of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohios Section l: That Floyd Brown and Associates be and they are hereby authorised to obtain from the City of Cleveland Water Department the actual billings showing charges and water ion- sumption on all connections to the City's sanitary sewer system; to analyze and classify said billings according t4 both water consumption and dollar income for sewer service charg~a; to study such data and to sake recommendations as to an ad,3ustment of the sewer service rate or the method of computing the same.
