~'~ <br />G.~-s6 <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE No. 63 'l~~ <br />r <br />y <br />AN ORDINANCE AMEN~'~ING SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE No. 62-131 <br />ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE DETERMING SALARIES, WAGES AND <br />.sue BONDS OF APPOINTED OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED*~ ENACTED July 10, 1962, AND DECLARING <br />AN EMERGENCY, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 62-131, <br />reading as follows: <br />"Section 1: That Section 1 of Ordinance 61-102 enacted <br />May 16, 1961, being an ordinance amending Section 1 of <br />Ordinance 3100 enacted September 6, 1960, being an ordinance <br />amending Section 1 of Ordinance 3034 enacted June ?, 1960, <br />being an ordinance amending Section 1 of Ordinance 2785 en- <br />acted December 16, 1958, amending Section 4 of Ordinance 2534 <br />enacted August 20, 1957, amending Section 4 of Ordinance 2214 <br />enacted October 4, 1955, entitled t'An Ordinance Determining <br />Salaries, Wages and Bonds of Appointed Officials and Employees <br />of the City of North Olmsted" as amended by Ordinance 2359, <br />enacted August ?.1, 1956, be amended to read as follows: <br />'Section 4: That beginning 4july 15, 1962, the salaxies <br />and. wages of the employees of the Service Department are <br />hereby fixed and determined to be as follows: <br />Street Commissioner <br />Foreman of Service Department <br />Class A Labor (regular full time <br />employee) <br />Class B Labor (6 month proba.tic>nary <br />period) <br />Class C Labor (additiora.al help em-: <br />ployed during; summer for ditch <br />work, mass cutting, etc.) <br />Class D Labor (car washers, equip- <br />ment cleaners, etc.) <br />$6,800.00 annually <br />2.10 to 2.30 ner flour <br />2.00 to 2.20 tier hoer <br />1.90 per hour <br />1.80 per hour <br />1.25 to 1.50 per hour <br />Employees of the Service 1:)epartment shall not be re- <br />quired to work on the following holidays: New Year's Day, <br />Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving <br />Day and Christmas Day. However, said employees shall be <br />paid for an eiht hour day at the regular rate for each of <br />said holidays.
