~'~ G.~-s6 CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE No. 63 'l~~ r y AN ORDINANCE AMEN~'~ING SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE No. 62-131 ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE DETERMING SALARIES, WAGES AND .sue BONDS OF APPOINTED OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED*~ ENACTED July 10, 1962, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: Section 1: That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 62-131, reading as follows: "Section 1: That Section 1 of Ordinance 61-102 enacted May 16, 1961, being an ordinance amending Section 1 of Ordinance 3100 enacted September 6, 1960, being an ordinance amending Section 1 of Ordinance 3034 enacted June ?, 1960, being an ordinance amending Section 1 of Ordinance 2785 en- acted December 16, 1958, amending Section 4 of Ordinance 2534 enacted August 20, 1957, amending Section 4 of Ordinance 2214 enacted October 4, 1955, entitled t'An Ordinance Determining Salaries, Wages and Bonds of Appointed Officials and Employees of the City of North Olmsted" as amended by Ordinance 2359, enacted August ?.1, 1956, be amended to read as follows: 'Section 4: That beginning 4july 15, 1962, the salaxies and. wages of the employees of the Service Department are hereby fixed and determined to be as follows: Street Commissioner Foreman of Service Department Class A Labor (regular full time employee) Class B Labor (6 month proba.tic>nary period) Class C Labor (additiora.al help em-: ployed during; summer for ditch work, mass cutting, etc.) Class D Labor (car washers, equip- ment cleaners, etc.) $6,800.00 annually 2.10 to 2.30 ner flour 2.00 to 2.20 tier hoer 1.90 per hour 1.80 per hour 1.25 to 1.50 per hour Employees of the Service 1:)epartment shall not be re- quired to work on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. However, said employees shall be paid for an eiht hour day at the regular rate for each of said holidays.
