'+ ~ S HEREIN DESIGNATED, AND DECLARING AN EMEI~ENCY BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, three-fourths of a12 members elected thereto concurring: Section 1. That it is necessary to construct sanitary sewers with necessary appurtenances in the following streets and public easements within the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to-wit: (1) Mastick Road from intersection of Parklane southwesterly to intersection Columbia Road; {2) Columbia Road, from intersection Mastick Road and Columbia Raad southwesterly to a point 1,650 feet north of South Corporation line; (3) Careylane Road from Columbia Road westerly to terminus; (4) Allendale Road, from Careylane southerly and northeasterly back to Careylane; {5) Kennedy Ridge Road, from Columbia Road westerly and southerly to Butternut Ridge Road; (6) Butternut Ridge Road, from Columbia Road westerl to Lorain Road; (7) Canterbury Road, from Butternut Ridge Road southerly to a point 1,550 feet north of the South Corporation Line; (8) Louis Drive, from Fitch Road southeasterly to terminus; (g) Fitch Road, from Butternut Ridge Road southerly to South Corporation Line; (10) Burns Road, from Butternut Ridge Road southerly to Southern Avenue; (11) Porter Road, from Butternut Ridge Road southerly to Southern Avenue; (12) Decker Road, from Lorain Road southerly to Southern Avenue; (13) Southern Avenue, from Burns Road westerly to a point approximate7,y 200 feet west of Decker Road; (1~) MacKenzie Road, from Lorain Road southerly to South Corporation Line; (15) Stearns Road, from Lorain Road southerly to South Corporation Line; (16) In public easement adjacent to and parallel with the south right of way line of Lorain Road, from a point 255 feet west of Barton Road easterly to Porter Road; (17) Barton Road, from Lorain Road southerly to a point 1,200 feet north of South Corporation Line;
