CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 64-~~ Page 2 <br />" (A) Any use permitted in a General Retail Business <br />District. <br />(B) Office buildings; loft buildings; telephone exchanges, <br />transformer stations. <br />(C) Research, technical and testing laboratories. <br />(D) Light gauge sheet metal shops; plumbing shops <br />and plumbing supply shops, but excluding foundries; <br />`n`"'' sign, display or decorating shops; printing shops. <br />(E) Carpet, dry cleaning or dyeing plants. <br />(F) Cold storage and food locker plants. <br />(G) Bottling plants and creameries. <br />(H) Food, confection and drug manufacturing. <br />(I) Garmer~ manufacture. <br />(J) Manufacture and fabrications of plastic products. <br />(K) Light assembly operations. <br />(L) The following uses if located not less than one <br />hundred feet (130) from any Residence District: <br />1. Repair garage for repairing or painting of <br />motor vehicles. <br />2. Bulk storage or warehouse for such materials as <br />building materials, contractors' equipment, cotton, <br />wool, fabrics, feed, furniture, hardware, machinery, <br />materials other than scrap or junk, paint, pipe, <br />rubber, shop or store supplies provided there shall <br />be no strtrage of discarded or salvaged articles or <br />of any materials outside the buildings. <br />(M) Any other building or use similar in character and <br />operation to the uses hereinbefore defined, provided an <br />interpretation to that effect is first obtained from the <br />Board as provided in the Zoning Code." <br />be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Section 1191.03 Specified Uses Permitted in Limited <br />Industry Districts. <br />(A) Any retail business that is a part of and in conjunction <br />with products manufactured by the industry at its location. <br />(B) Office buildings; loft buildings; telephone exchanges, <br />transformer stations. <br />(C) Research, technical and testing laboratories. <br /> <br />
