CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 64-,~~~~ Page 3 <br />(D) Light gauge sheet metal shops; plumbing shops and <br />plumbing supply shops, but excluding foundries; sign, <br />display or decorating shops; printing shops. <br />(E) Carpet, dry cleaning or dyeing plants. <br />(F) Cold storage and food locker plants. <br />(G) Bottling plants and creameries. <br />(H) Food, confection and drug manufacturing. <br />(I) Garment manufacture. <br />(J) Manufacture and fabrication of plastic products. <br />(K) Light assembly operations. <br />(L) The following uses if located not less than <br />one hundred (100) feet from any Residence District: <br />1. Repair garage for repairing or painting of <br />motor vehicles. <br />2, Bulk storage or warehouse for such materials <br />as building materials, contractors' equipment, <br />cotton, wool, fabrics, feed, furniture, hardware, <br />machinery, materials other than scrap or junk, <br />paint, pipe, rubber, shop or store supplies provided <br />there shall be no storage of discarded or salvaged <br />articles or of any material outside the buildings. <br />(M) Any other building or use similar in character and <br />operation to the uses hereinbefore defined, provided an <br />interpretation to that effect is first obtained from the <br />Board as provided in the Zoning Code. <br />Section 5: That Section 1194. O1, Entitled Height Regulations <br />"In a Limited Industry District no building shall be erected <br />to a height in excess of thirty (30) feet, computed in <br />accordance with the provisions of the Zoning Code:' <br />be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Section 1194.01, <br />Ina ]limited Industry District no building shall be erected <br />to a height in excess of fifty (50) feet, computed in accordance <br />with the provisions of the Zoning Code. <br />Section 6: That Section 1194. 02, Entitled Setback Regulations <br />"In a Limited Industry District any building shall be setback <br />from the street a distance of not less than fifty (50) feet." <br />
