CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 64---°~~ Page 4 <br />be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Section 1194. 02 Setback Regulations <br />(A) In a Limited Industry District any building fronting or <br />abutting on Lorain Road shall be setback from the street <br />a distance of not less than c~i3€~~:.hundred (100) feet. <br />(B) In a Limited Industry District any building not fronting <br />~~- or abutting on Lorain Road shall be setback from the <br />''' street a distance of not less than fifty (50) feet. <br />Section 7: Title NINETEEN, Chapter 1213, Section 1213.01, <br />Paragraph D, now reading as follows: <br />"(D) Limited Industrial Districts- <br />Accessory parking facilities required by the uses <br />described in Items (S) and (T) of the Schedule <br />set forth in Section 1212.02 shall be located on the <br />same lot or adjacent lot as the main use served; <br />however, where land is not available on the same or <br />adjacent lot, the facilities shall be developed and <br />maintained so that the parking lot shall be within an <br />average walking distance of 400 feet of the entrance <br />to the building thereby served.
