Section 9: That Paragraph (E) (4), Section 1225.02, Title TWENTY of the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted (Ordinance No. 62-33), entitled "Pole Signs", now reading as follows: °~^ "Pole Signs shall project not more than 3 feet over a public way and the support for the sign shall not be located within the public right-of-way. The maximum size of one face of any pole sign shall not exceed 25 square feet. " be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: (E) (4) Pole Signs, shall project not more than 3 feet ovel- a public way and the support for the sign shall not be located within the public right-of-way. Section 10: That the present Title to Section 1191.02 present Paragraph E of Section 1191, 02, present Paragraph A, Page 57, Section 1191.02, present Section 1194. O1, present Section llg4. 02, present Paragraph D, Section 1212.01, present Paragraphs (B) (3) and (E) (4), Section 1225.02, of Ordinance 62-33 (Zoning Ordinance of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio) be and the same are hereby repealed concurrently with the effective date of this Ordinance. Section 11: WHEREFORE, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force at the earliest date permitted by Article IV, Section 12 of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted.
