,~ I ~ RESOLUTION NO. ~ ~ ' 2~/ A RESOLUTION DECLARING IT NECESSARY TO CONSTRUCT SANITARY' SEWERS WITH RTQUISITE AP~'t7RTENANCE'S IN MA:STICK ROAD AND 0' S':PRE?I~TS HEREIN DESIGNATED, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, three-fourths of all members elected thereto concurring: Section 1. That it is necessary to construct sanitary sewers with necessary appurtenances in the following-streets and public easements within the City of North Olmsted, to wit: (1) Mastick Road,fram intersection of Parklane southwesterly to intersection Columbia Road; (2) Columbia Road, from intersection Mastick Road and Columbia Road south- westerly to a point 1,650 feet north of South Corporation line; (3) Careylane Road from Columbia Road westerly to terminus; (~+) Allendale Road, from Careylane southerly and northeasterly back to Careylane; (5) Kennedy Ridge Road, from Columbia Road westerly and southerly to Butternut Ridge Road; (6) Butternut Ridge Road, from Columbia Road westerly to Lorain Roac1; (7) Canterbury Road, from Butternut Ridge Road southerly to a point 1,550 feet north of the South Corporation Line; (8) Louis Drive, from Fitch Road southeasterly to terminus; (9) Fitch Road, from Butternut Ridge Road southerly to South Corporation Line; (10) Burns Road, from Butternut Ridge Road southerly to Southern Avenue; (11) Porter Road, from Butternut Ridge Road southerly to Southern Avenue; (12) Decker Road, from Lorain Road southerly to Southern Avenue; (13) Southern Avenue, from Burns Road westerly to a point approximately 200 feet west of Decker Road; (14) N~.cKenzie Road, from Lorain Road southerly to South Corporation Line; (15) Stearns Road, from Lorain Road southerly to South Corporation Line;
