CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED RESOLUTION NO. 64- ~ / Page 2 <br />Section 6: That this resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public health, peace <br />and safety of the citizens of North Olmsted by virtue of the fact that said <br />pollution creates an unhealthy and unsanitary condition, WHEREFORE, this <br />resolution shall take effect immediately upon its passage and approval by <br />the Mayor, otherewise, from and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: ~_~ ~.__ <br />Francis J.
