t~ <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 64-178 Page 3 <br />Section 375.09 Stolen Motorcycles <br />No person shall steal any motorcycle or purposely take, ride, <br />or operate any motorcycle without consent of the owner thereof <br />or buy or conceal any motorcycle that has been sold, knowing <br />it to have been stolen. <br />Section 375.10 Parking <br />(A) No person shall park a motorcycle upon a sidewalk. <br />(B) No person shall park a motorcycle upon a roadway in <br />such a manner as to interfere with vehicular traffic. <br />Section 375.11 Lamps and other Equipment <br />(A) Every motorcycle when used in the night season, as set <br />forth in Section 337.02 North Olmsted Codified Ordinances, <br />shall be equipped with a headlight as specified in Section <br />337.03 North Olmsted Codified Ordinances, which headlight <br />shall conform to Section 337.14 and Section 337.15 North <br />Olmsted Codified Ordinances . <br />(B) Every motorcycle when used in the night season, as set <br />forth in Section 337.02, North Olmsted Codified Ordinances, <br />shall be equipped with a tail light as specified in Section 337.04, <br />Paragraph A, North Olmsted Codified Ordinances and shall <br />illuminate the registration plate as set forth in Section 337.04, <br />Paragraph B, North Olmsted Codified Ordinances . <br />(C) No person shall operate a motorcycle unless it is equipped <br />with warning device capable of giving a signal audible for a <br />distance of at least 100 feet. <br />(D) Every motorcycle shall bee~uipped with brakes as set forth <br />in Section 337.18 of North Olmsted Codified Ordinances. <br />Section 375.12 Duty to Lock <br />No motorcycle shall remain unlocked when parked upon any public <br />street, public sidewalk, public driveway, public playground <br />or any other public property. <br />Section 375.13 Penalties <br />Whoever violates any provision of this ordinance shall be <br />deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined a sum not to <br />exceed Fifty Dollars Except if this penalty continued herein <br />is in conflict with the penaltiesprovided in Chapter 305, Section <br />303.99 , the provisions of Chapter 305 , Section 303.99 shall apply. <br />Section 3. This Ordinance is declared to be an emergency <br />measure for the reasons stated the preamble hereof and provided tt receitr~: <br />the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall <br />take effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br />.. ~, .~.~..a.~. „u,~e,~..,.~.~ .,...,.. ,. <br />
