Resolution No. 64---~-~-- <br />Page 2 <br />Section 3. That the form of ballots to be cast at such <br />election shall be as follows: <br />A majority affirmative vote is necessary for passage. <br />_ An additional tax for the benef it of the City of North <br />Olmsted for recreational purposes at a rate not exceeding f ive- <br />tenths mills (.5 mills) for each dollar of valuation, which amounts <br />to five cents (5~) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for <br />five (5) years . <br />FOR THE TAX LEVY <br />AGAINST THE TAX LEVY <br />Section 2. That Resolution 64-163 enacted July 14, 1964, <br />and all other restYlutizrns or parts of resolutions inconsistent to <br />or in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. <br />Section 3. That this is an emergency measure necessary <br />for the immediate preserv tion of the public health, safety and <br />welfare~i of said City, and for the further reason that moneys to <br />be derived from the aforesaid levy are immediately necessary to <br />provide adequa ely for the healthful recreation of the residents of <br />the City; wherefore, this resolution shall be in full force and <br />effect from and immediately after its passage and approval by the <br />Mayor, z <br />PASSED:~~ J <br />~ ~~ ~ <br />Francis J.
