CITY' OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 64- / Page 2 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED By Council of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: Section 1: That Ambour Drive extending westerly from Claque Road to its westerly terminus, being a 60 foot street and as the plat of Ohio Shores Construction Corporation's Subdivisions No. 1 and 2 at the westerly end of Ambour Drive as shown thereon exceeds 60 feet in widt,~, that the portion in excess of 60 feet at the poirfs indicated as cul-de-sacs and hereafter described as Parcel 1, Parcel 2 and Parcel 3 , Parcel 4 , Parcel 5 , Parcel 6, Parcel 7 and Parcel 8, be and the same are hereby vacated: Situated fn the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being part of Original Dover Township Lot.
