CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 64-~ Page 3 <br />hereby repealed with the effective date of this Ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 4: This ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure, the emergency being that it is necessary for the immediate <br />preservation of public health, peace, safety and welfare, and to immediately <br />provide adequate compensation for employees of the Municipal Bus Line and <br />Municipal Bus Garage and for the operators of the Municipal Buses, <br />PASSED: <br />Francis J.
