However, in <br />order to receive pay for one-half hour show-up time, drivers shall <br />show up or check in one-half hour before the start of their sched- <br />uled run, otherwise, they shall receive pay only from the actual <br />time they show up or check in to the time of their scheduled run. " <br />be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />SECTION 163.03, CHAPTER 163, TITLE FIVE (NORTH OLMSTED <br />COLLnFIED ORDINANCES) ENTICED "VACATI AND HOLIDAYS; <br />DRIVER'S CHECK-IN TIME . " <br />Each regular full-time employee of the bus line shall receive <br />the following vacation . He shall be entitled to one week <br />vacation with pay in the year following one year of continuous <br />service; a week vacation to consist of six days, at the rate of <br />eight hours per day. At the expiration of two years and until <br />he has completed five years of continuous service, he shall be <br />allowed two weeks annual vacation with pay at the rate of eight <br />hours per day, six days per week. After the completion of five <br />years of continuous service, and for each year thereafter, up to <br />and including eleven years of continuous service, he shall be <br />allowed one additional days pay at the above ante per annum for <br />such service until he has completed his twentih year of con- <br />tinuous service . After the completdion of twenty years of con- <br />tinuous service and thereafter, each employee of the municipal <br />bus line shall be entitled to four weeks paid vacation; a week' s <br />vacation to consist of six days, at the rate of eight hours per day. <br />All employees shall receive their regular pay rate for a period <br />not exceeding eight hours for the following holidays: New Year's <br />Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving <br />Day and Christmas Day, on which they shall not be required to <br />work. <br />Bus drivers , in addition to compensation for regular scheduled <br />time, shall be paid each day on which they work for one-half hour <br />as an allowance for show-up ter check-in time. .However, in order <br />to receive pay for one-half hour show-up time, drivers shall show <br />up or check in one-half hour before the start of their scheduled run; <br />otherwise they shall receive pay only from the actual tirne they <br />show up or check in to the time of their scheduled run. <br />Section 2: Section 163.04 , Chapter 163 Title 5 , is <br />hereby enacted: <br />SECTION 163.04, CHAPTER 163 TITLE 3`'IVE, ENTITLED <br />INSURANCE ON EMPLOYEES OF THE MUNICIPAL BUS LINES. <br />The municipal bus line shall furnish, at no cost to the employee, <br />each regular full time employee Accident and Health Insurance, <br />which insurance shall pay the employee in the event he is unable <br />to w©rk as a result of an accident or ill health the sum of Forty <br />Dollars ($40.00) per week. Said insurance shall also have <br />accidental death a,nd death benefits with the principal sum of <br />Fifteen Hundred Dollars ($~b500.00) . <br />Section 3: Ordinance No. 2194 (Codified Ordinance <br />Section 163.03), and all other ordinances or parts of ordinances ,sections <br />or parts of sections pertaining to the vacations of employees of the municipal <br />bus lines ~mdvwhich are conflicting with the provisions of this ordinance are <br /> <br />
