BE TT ORDAINEDby the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: Section 1: That Section 1 of Ordinance 62-131 enacted July 10, 1962 as amended by Ordinance No. 63-103 enacted May 21, 1963, reading as follows: "Section 1: That Section 1 of Ordinance 62-131 enacted July 10, 1962, which ordinance was the most recent amendment toOrlginal Ordinance 3100, enacted September 6, 1960, be amende to read as follows: 'Section ~: That beginning Jule 1, 1963, the salaries and wages of the employees of the Service Department are hereby fixed and determined to be as follows: Street Commissioner Foreman of Service Department Class A Labor Class B Labor (Truck and Equip- ment Operators) Class C Labor Class D Labor $6, 800.00 annually 2.25 to $2.50 per hour 2.15 to $Z . 30 per hour 2.20 to $2.40 per hour 1.80 per hour 1.25 to $I.50 per hour Employees of the Service Department shall nat be required to work on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Indepencence Day, Labs r Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. However, said employees ~-ha11 be paid for an eight hour day at the regular rate for each of said holidays . Unless required by the Service Director in case of emergency.
