Gtr 1~ <br />AN ORI~tNANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF OR,I3INANCE NO. <br />62-131 ENACTED JULY 10, 1962, AS AMENI3£'D BY ORDINANCE <br />NO. 63-103 ENACTED MAY 21, 1963, ENT~TI,£D " ORI~N'ANCE <br />DETERMIPSING SAI,ARiES, ~ATAGES AND BONDS OF APPOINTED <br />OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED", <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE TT ORDAINEDby the Council of the City of North Olmsted, <br />State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That Section 1 of Ordinance 62-131 enacted <br />July 10, 1962 as amended by Ordinance No. 63-103 enacted May 21, 1963, <br />reading as follows: <br />"Section 1: That Section 1 of Ordinance 62-131 enacted <br />July 10, 1962, which ordinance was the most recent amendment <br />toOrlginal Ordinance 3100, enacted September 6, 1960, be amende <br />to read as follows: <br />'Section ~: That beginning Jule 1, 1963, the salaries and <br />wages of the employees of the Service Department are hereby <br />fixed and determined to be as follows: <br />Street Commissioner <br />Foreman of Service Department <br />Class A Labor <br />Class B Labor (Truck and Equip- <br />ment Operators) <br />Class C Labor <br />Class D Labor <br />$6, 800.00 annually <br />2.25 to $2.50 per hour <br />2.15 to $Z . 30 per hour <br />2.20 to $2.40 per hour <br />1.80 per hour <br />1.25 to $I.50 per hour <br />Employees of the Service Department shall nat be required <br />to work on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial <br />Day, Indepencence Day, Labs r Day, Thanksgiving Day and <br />Christmas Day. However, said employees ~-ha11 be paid for <br />an eight hour day at the regular rate for each of said holidays . <br />Unless required by the Service Director in case of emergency.
