Labor <br />$ 7,300.00 Annually <br />2.25 to $2.50 per hour <br />2.15 to $2.30 per hour <br />2.20 to $2.40 per hour <br />1.80 per hour <br />1.25 to 1.50 per hour <br />Employees of the Service Department shall not be required <br />''""` to work on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, <br />Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. <br />However, said employees shall be paid for an eight hour day at the regular <br />rate for each of said holidays. Unless required by the Service Director in <br />case of emergency. <br />Section 2 i That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 63-103 enacted <br />May 21, 1963, hereby repealed as of April 1 1964 concur- <br />rently with the effective date of the changes herein made. <br />Section 3: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health, <br />safety and welfare of the City of North Olmsted by virtue of the necessity of <br />making the increase set forth in this amending Ordinance effective on <br />April 1 , 1964, in line with negotiations over the past few months <br />regarding said increases; WHEREFORE, this Ordinance shall take effect and <br />be in force immediately upon its p 1slsage, otherwise, at the earliest period <br />allowed by law . ~ ~ ~,~ ~.,t,~,~, ,~`~~~c~.~u 3 ,1 ~ ~ ~ ° a ~~1~~-~i,~ t~ <br />r ~~ 0 <br />PASSED: ~~ t7, ~ ~ Cn~ ~ ~ ~~~~ <br />~.~~ ~ ~ <br />Francis J.
