~; J CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 65-64 BY- Mr. CASTER AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 64-95 ENACTED JUNE 16, 1964, AND ENTITLED " AN ORDINANCE `ESTABLISHING A MINIMUM REQUIREMENT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF LAND WITHIN THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED AS TO THE MAPS REQUIREL FEES TO BE CHARGED AND PROCEDURE TO BE FOLLOWED FOR PLANNING OF LAND WITHIN THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED. WHEREAS, Council has heretofore passed the aforesaid Platting Ordinance for the development of land within the Cfty of North Olmsted, and WHEREAS, Council now desires to amend the aforesaid ordinance, upon the recommendation of the City Engineer, in order that said Platting Ordinance will conform to the latest methods of platting the use of land, and WHEREAS, Council now deems it necessary to amend the Platting . Ordinance in order to conform to the suggested changes as developed by the City Engineer and to further enact an ordinance which will benefit the citizens of the City of North Olmsted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: Section 1: That Section 3 Paragraph A Subsection 3 now reading as follows: "The Preliminary Map shall be accurately drawn on tracing paper or better material to the scale 1 inch equals 100 feet. Dimensions from the County Auditor's Map may be used. " be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 3 Paragraph A Subsection 3 The Preliminary Map shall be accurately drawn on tracing paper or better material to the scale of 1 inch equals 100 feet unless waived by the City Engineer. Dlmensions from the County Auditor's Map may be used. Section 2: That Section 3, Paragraph A, Subsection 6, now reading as follows: "The City shall be provided with at least three (3) copies of the Preliminary Map and one (1) copy of the Vicinity Map. The School Board shall be provided with one (1) copy of the Pre- liminary plan . " be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 3 Paragraph A Subsection 6 The City shall be provided with six (6) copies of the Preliminary Map and one (1) copy of th® Vicinity Map.
