~; <br />J <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 65-64 <br />BY- Mr. CASTER <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 64-95 ENACTED <br />JUNE 16, 1964, AND ENTITLED " AN ORDINANCE `ESTABLISHING <br />A MINIMUM REQUIREMENT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF LAND <br />WITHIN THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED AS TO THE MAPS REQUIREL <br />FEES TO BE CHARGED AND PROCEDURE TO BE FOLLOWED FOR <br />PLANNING OF LAND WITHIN THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED. <br />WHEREAS, Council has heretofore passed the aforesaid Platting <br />Ordinance for the development of land within the Cfty of North Olmsted, and <br />WHEREAS, Council now desires to amend the aforesaid ordinance, <br />upon the recommendation of the City Engineer, in order that said Platting <br />Ordinance will conform to the latest methods of platting the use of land, and <br />WHEREAS, Council now deems it necessary to amend the Platting . <br />Ordinance in order to conform to the suggested changes as developed <br />by the City Engineer and to further enact an ordinance which will benefit <br />the citizens of the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City of North Olmsted, <br />State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That Section 3 Paragraph A Subsection 3 now reading <br />as follows: <br />"The Preliminary Map shall be accurately drawn on tracing <br />paper or better material to the scale 1 inch equals 100 feet. <br />Dimensions from the County Auditor's Map may be used. " <br />be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Section 3 Paragraph A Subsection 3 <br />The Preliminary Map shall be accurately drawn on tracing <br />paper or better material to the scale of 1 inch equals 100 feet unless waived <br />by the City Engineer. Dlmensions from the County Auditor's Map may be used. <br />Section 2: That Section 3, Paragraph A, Subsection 6, now reading <br />as follows: <br />"The City shall be provided with at least three (3) copies of <br />the Preliminary Map and one (1) copy of the Vicinity Map. <br />The School Board shall be provided with one (1) copy of the Pre- <br />liminary plan . " <br />be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Section 3 Paragraph A Subsection 6 <br />The City shall be provided with six (6) copies of the Preliminary <br />Map and one (1) copy of th® Vicinity Map.
