The Geodetic Bench Mark used shall be indicated <br />thereon . <br />Section 4: That Section 3 Paragraph C Subsection 2 now <br />reading as follows: <br />"The plat shall be drawn on linen cloth with India <br />ink to the scale 1 inch equals 50 feet The linen shall <br />not be smaller than one foot by two feet or larger than <br />two feet by 3 feet. Large plats may require more than <br />one sheet of linen. If so, the sheets shall be numbered <br />consecutively. " <br />be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Section3 Paragraph C Subsection 14d <br />Corner lots shall have a minimum of fifty (50) foot set <br />back on any street that the house fronts upon, and a minimum of twenty-five <br />(25) foot setback for the side yard requirements . Any set back shall be measured <br />according to the standards established in Ordinance No. 62-33 Section 1125.60 <br />and entitled, "Set Back" . <br /> <br />
