<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />Section 3: <br />reading as follows: <br />ORDINANCE NO. 65-64 Page ~ <br />That Section 3 Paragraoh B Subsection 2 now <br />"The topographic map shall be accurately drawn on <br />tracing paper or better material to the scale 1 inch equals <br />50 feet with a contour interval of one foot. The eleva- <br />tions shall conform to sea level elevations established by <br />the Cleveland Regional Geodetic Survey. The Geodetic <br />Bench Mark used shall be indicated thereon." <br />be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Section3, Paragraph B Subsection 2 <br />The topographic map shall be accurately drawn on <br />tracing paper or better material to the scale 1 inch equals 50 feet with a <br />contour interval of one foot unless waived by the City Engineer. The <br />elevations shall conform to sea level elevations established by the Cleveland <br />Regional Geodetic Survey. The Geodetic Bench Mark used shall be indicated <br />thereon . <br />Section 4: That Section 3 Paragraph C Subsection 2 now <br />reading as follows: <br />"The plat shall be drawn on linen cloth with India <br />ink to the scale 1 inch equals 50 feet The linen shall <br />not be smaller than one foot by two feet or larger than <br />two feet by 3 feet. Large plats may require more than <br />one sheet of linen. If so, the sheets shall be numbered <br />consecutively. Scale may be waived by the City .Engineer. <br />The linen shall not be smaller than one foot by two feet or larger than two feet <br />by 3 feet. Large plats may require more than one sheet of linen. If so, the <br />sheets shall be numbered consecutively. <br />Section 5: -That Section- 3 Paragraph C Subsection 14d now <br />reading as follows: <br />"Corner lots shall be large enough to permit a fifty (50) <br />foot setback, for houses, on all streets forming the corner <br />lots, this making the setback on corner lots equal to the side <br />street setback as well as the front street set back. " <br />be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Section3 Paragraph C Subsection 14d <br />Corner lots shall have a minimum of fifty (50) foot set <br />back on any street that the house fronts upon, and a minimum of twenty-five <br />(25) foot setback for the side yard requirements . Any set back shall be measured <br />according to the standards established in Ordinance No. 62-33 Section 1125.60 <br />and entitled, "Set Back" . <br /> <br />
