• ! <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 65-64 Page 3 <br />Section 6: That Section 6 Paragraph A now reading as follows: <br />"Sanitary sewers and connection shall be vitrified <br />clay with premium type joints. The sanitary connection <br />shall be 6 inches or larger in diameter. The depth of <br />the sanitary sewer shall be such that the sanitary connection <br />can discharge by gravity into said sanitary sewer. Where this <br />is not possible, basementless homes only will be permitted. <br />Lots to be used for basementless homes shall be noted on <br />the plat . " <br /> <br />be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Section 6 Paragraph A <br />Sanitary sewers and connections shall be vitrified clay <br />pipe, American Society for Testing Materials Specification C-200 with joints <br />having resilient properties as specified in A. S. T. M. C-425 -60T. The <br />sanitary connection shall be 6 inches or larger. The depth of the sanitary <br />sewer shall be such that the sanitary connection can discharge by gravity into <br />said sanitary sewer. Where this fs not possible, basementless homes only will <br />be permitted. Lots to be used for basementless homes shall be noted on the plat. <br />Section 7: That Section 6 Paragraph B now reading as follows: <br />"Storm sewers shall be vitrified clay pipe with premium <br />type joints or pre-molded bituminous joints or reinforced <br />concrete pipe with premium or "slip seal" bituminous joints . <br />Storm sewer connections shall be 6 inches or larger vitrified <br />clay pipe with premium joints . The storm sewer shall be sized <br />to provide for the storm drainage from the tributary area. " <br />be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Section 6 Paragraph B <br />Storm sewers and connections shall be vitrified clay pipe <br />with joints as specified above or reinforced concrete pipe with rubber type <br />gasket joints as specified in A. S. T. M. C-443-60T. Minimum size <br />storm sewer connections shall be six inches (6 ") . The storm sewers shall <br />be sized to provide for storm drainage from the tributary area. <br />Corrugated metal pipe with interior corrugations filled, (known <br />as Smooth-Flo Pipe,) may be used in ditches. All joints shall be of the rod <br />and lug type with rubber gaskets twenty-four (24 ") inches wide. <br />Section 8: That Section 6 Paragraph D Subsection 1 now reading <br />as follows: <br />"Residential: 7" reinforced concrete pavement with <br />integral curbs , minimum width 25.5 feet from back of curb <br />to back of curb . " <br /> <br />
