'CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 65-64 Page 4 be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 6 Paragraph D Subsection 1 " All streets shall be paved with seven inch (~") concrete pavement; shall have integral curbs; shall have a minimum width of 25.5 feet measured from back of curb to back of curb; shall be constructed in accordance with Ohio Department of Highways T-71 Class D concrete with a minimum of six and one-half (6 1/2) bags of concrete per cubic yard; shall have a minimum compressive stength of four thousand pounds (4000 lbs.) per square inch; shall be reinforced with mesh which is a minimum of forty-two pounds (42 lbs.) per one hundred square feet (100 sq. ft.); shall be constructed of, and material specifications followed, pursuant to a Paving Detail Sheet prepared by the City Engineer, a copy of which is on file at the North Olmsted City Hall and also at the City Engineer's Office; and also all streets constructed shall meet the requirements of Department of Highways for the State of Ohio. Section 9: That Section 6 Paragraph D, entitled "Paving" is hereby implemented by the adding of Subsection 3 reading as follows: Section 6 Paragraph D Subsection 3 "Paving" 3. For all areas regardless of the type of zoning where the proposed pavement width from back of curb to back of curb exceeds thirty-two feet (32 ft.), the minimum lane width shall be eleven feet (11 ft.) except that the Council of the City of North Olmsted may require wider lane widths or lesser lane widths to conform to the volume and type of traffic. Section 10: That Section 3 Paragraph A Subsection 3, Section 3, Paragraph A Subsection 6, Section 3 Paragraph C Subsection 14d, Section 6 Paragraph A, Section 6 Paragraph B, Section 6 Paragraph D Subsection 1, and all other ordinances or parts of ordinances heretofore passed which are in conflict with the foregoing provisions of this ordinance, to such extent only, be end the same are hereby repealed effective with the effective date of this ordinance. Section 11: WHEREFORE, this ordinance -.shall take effect and be in force at the earliest date permitted by Article IV, Section 12 of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted.
