The Trustees shall stock such library with appropriate vol;atrir~:: of books and other reading and library materials as promptly and in such numbers as the space available and orderly acquisition thereof permit. The library sha.i., be open to the public at least thirty-five (35} hours per week. Section 4, The Trustees shall operate the .library on a basis comparab with community library operations elsewhere in Cuyahoga County, due corsiderat.:-r being given. to the population c~'the area served by the library, the number :;~` students therein, the requirements of the patrons of the library, and the avail-- able space in the Library Building. Section 5. The City initially shall furnish all necessary shelving; for the Library Building and shall adequately equip such building with sll furry; ture and furnishings necessary for the efficient operation of the library; and the Trustees shall maintain, repair, and replace such shelving, furniture and furnishings. Additional shelving, furniture, and furnishings, determined by the' Trustees to be necessary for the efficient operation of such library after the Trustees have commenced operation of the library under this lease, shall be provided by the Trustees at their expense, and at the expiration or termination of the lease, the title to all shelving provided by the Trustees which has been incorporated into and become a part of the Library Building shall be transferred to the City. All shelving, .furniture, and furnishings provided for the Library Building shall be of good quality and consistent with the design of the Librar~a° Building. The Trustees shall furnish all necessary operating equipment for 2.h~° maintenance of the Library Bud idirg and the grounds such es fl.oer machines, a>ow€~?: lawn mowers, and snow removal equipment. -S-
