«- CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED RESOLUTION NO, 65-~~~_ BY A RESOLUTION DETERMINING TO SUBMIT TO THE ELECTORS OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED THE QUESTION OF AMENDING THE ZONE MAP ADOP'T'ED AS PART OF ORDINANCE NO. 62-33 (KNOWN AS THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED) BY CHANGING THE DESIGNATION THEREON OF CERTAIN LANDS FROM ITS PRESENT DESIGNATION AS GENERAL BUSINESS DISTRICT AND MULTIPLE RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO CLASS "A" HI-RISE DISTRICT(RESIDENTIAI AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, zoning changes are subject to referendum under the laws of the State of Ohio, and WHEREAS, a referendum petition signed by more than ten per cent (10%) of the total electors voting at the last regular municipal election all according to the Charter of the City of North Olmsted, was filed with the Council, and WHEREAS, the petition filed with Council requested that ordinance No. 65-43 entitled "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONE MAP ADOPTED AS PART OF THE ORDINANCE NO. 62 -33 (KNOWN AS THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED) BY CHANGING THE DESIGNATION THEREON OF CERTAIN LANDS FROM ITS PRESENT DESIGNATION THEREON AS GENERAL BUSINESS DISTRICT AND MULTIPLE RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO CLASS "A" HI-RISE (RESIDENTIAL), " be repealed or submitted to a vote of the electors, and WHEREAS, the Clerk of Council has determined and certified that the petition is sufficient, and WHEREAS, as Council has determined ~at it would be to the best interest of the citizens of the City of North Olmsted that the changes in zoning determined and passed June 1, 1965 by Council in Ordinance No. 65-43 be submitted to the electors at the next general election. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: Section 1; That Council hereby determine to submit to the . electors of the City of North Olmsted the question of amending the Zone Map adopted as pa rt of Ordinance No. 62 -33 (known as the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted) by changing the designation thereon of certain lands described as follows: Situated in the City of North Olmsted, Canty of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and being known as part of Original. Dover Township Lot Nos. 20 and 30, bounded and deribed as follows: Beginning on the center line of Lorain Road 80 feet wide at the most Easterly corner of 7. 13 acres of land aparted and set off to Francis Witham in the partition of the Jermiah Witham Es- tates as recorded in Volume 152 Page 497 of the Cuyahoga A~., County Common Pleas Records. Thence, South 51 ° 57' West along the centerline, of I.,orain Road 13.93 fEyet: to a point;
