.... ~ <br />CITE OF NORTH OLMSTED RESOLUTION NO. 65-_~ page 2 <br />Thence, North 37° 55' West a distance of 434. 75 feet to a <br />stone monument; <br />Thence, Northeasterly to the Northwesterly corner of a <br />parcel of land conveyed to George H. Christman, as <br />recorded in Volume 436$, Page b01 of the Cuyahoga County <br />Deed Records; <br />Thence, South 37 ° 55' along the Northeasterly line of land <br />so conveyed to Francis Witham, a distance of 607. 5 feet to <br />a point in the centerline of Lorain .Road, and the place of <br />beginning, <br />from its present designation thereon as General Retail Business District and <br />Multiple Residence District to Class "A" Hi-Rise District (Residential). <br />Section 2: That the Clerk of Council be and she i.s hereby <br />directed to certify to the Board of Elections a copy of this resolution calling <br />for said election and to prepare the necessary ballots and supplies far said <br />election. <br />Section 3: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public <br />peace, health and safety of the City and for the further reason that immediate <br />effectiveness of this resolution is necessary so that this matter can be placed <br />on the ballot at the November election all in accordance+with the Charter of <br />the City of North Olmsted.
