<br /> <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED RESOLUTION NO. 65- Page 2 <br />Beginning at the intersection of the center line of Kennedy <br />Ridge Road, 60 feet wide, with the center line of Columbia <br />Road (60 feet wide}; thence Northeasterly along the center <br />line of Colurribia Road, 1$5. 80 feet to an angle; thence <br />continuing northeasterly along the centerline of Columbia <br />Road 3$0. 65 feet to the northeasterly corner of a parcel <br />of land. conveyed to Myra Eaton Humel and Frank J. Humel <br />bydeed dated February 21, 1914 and recorded in Volume 154$, <br />Page 601 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence westerly along <br />the northerly line of said parcel so conveyed about 536. 1$ <br />feet to the northeasterly corner of a parcel of land conveyed <br />to Wilbert Serio and Ilene K. Serio by deed dated December <br />31, 1959, and recorded in Volume 994$> Page 218 of <br />Cuyahoga County Records; thence southerly along the easterly <br />line of said parcel so conveyed to the center line of Kennedy <br />Ridge Road; thence easterly along said center Line to the <br />place of beginning. <br />from its present designation thereon of said land as Mized Used District to <br />Class "A" Hi-R se District (Residential}, <br />Section 2: That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby <br />directed to certify to the Board of Elections a copy of this resolution calling <br />for said election and to :prepare the necessary ballots and supplies for said <br />election. <br />Section 3: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public <br />peace, health and safety of the City and for the further reason that imme diate <br />effectiveness of. this resolution is necessary so that this matter can be placed <br />on the ballot at the November election all in accordance with the Charter of <br />the City of North Olmsted.
