NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City o£ North Olmsted, State of Ohio: ~~` - Section 1: That Section 521.04 of the North Olmsted Codified Ordinances reading as follows: "521.04 INDECENT EXPOSURE OR OBSCENE LANGUAGE. No person shall willfully make an indecent exposure of hi s person in a public place or in a place where there are other persons to be offended or annoyed thereby, •:r utter obscene " or licentious language in the presence or hearing of another person. (ORC 2905. 30) " be and the same is hereby amended tv read as follows: 521.04 INDECENT EXPOSURE; SOLICITATION OF UNNATUR~ SEXUAL ACT. No person eighteen years of age or over shall willfully make an indecent exposure of his person in a public place or in a place where there are other persons to be offended or annoyed thereby. No person shall. solicit or attempt to solicit another to engage in an unnatural sexual act. A person convicted of violating this section may be ~, referred by the court for an examination as provided in Ohio R. C. 2947.25 to 2947.28, inclusive, before sentence is pronounced.
