<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 65- I ~ Page 2 <br />Section 3: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be <br />an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the <br />public peace, health, safety and welfare by virtue of the fact that Section <br />521.04 prior to this amendment is in conflict with provisions of the State <br />Statutes and there is immediate need for legislation having to do with <br />obscene language in the City of North C}lmated. WHEREFORE, this Ordinance <br />shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage, otherwise <br />at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASS D: ! ~~ <br />Francis J.
