<br />Section 301.42 "~~~,~',,"
<br />Means any single vehicle when not in combination, or
<br />any combination of vehicles , and further means every device
<br />in, upon, or by which any person or property may be trans-
<br />. ported or dram upon a street or highway, except devices other
<br />than bicycles rsaved by human power.
<br />Section 2: That the present Section 339.03, 339.04, 339.05,
<br />339.06, 339.07, 339.08, 339.09, 339.10, of Chapter 339, Title Five, of thn
<br />Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted are hereby renumbered as
<br />follows:
<br />Section 339.06, 339.07, 339.06, 339.09, 339. 10, 339.11,
<br />339.12, and 339.13,
<br />There is hereby established Section 339.03, Chapter 339,
<br />Title Five entitled: OPERATION ©F VEHICLE ON PUBLIC STREETS IN
<br />EXCESS OF PRESCRIBED WEIGHTS FORBiDD£N.
<br />No trackless trolley, traction .engine, steamroller, or other
<br />vehicle, load, object, or structure, whether propelled by
<br />muscular or motor power, no# including vehicles run an
<br />stationary rails or tracks, fire engines, fire trucks, or
<br />other vehicles or apparatus belonging to or used by the
<br />City of North Olmsted or the North Olmsted Fire Departn~en!
<br />in discharge of its functions, shall be operated Qr moved
<br />oust or upon the improved public streets, bridges or culverts
<br />within the Municipality, upon wheels, rollers or otherwise,
<br />weighing in excess of the weights prescribed in Sections 339.0?,
<br />through 339.06, inclusive, of the Codified C?rdi~oes of the
<br />City of North Olmsted, including the weight of vehicle, ~~eot,
<br />structure, or contrivance and load except upon special persniasion
<br />granted and provided by Section 339.01 of the Codified Ordinances
<br />of the City of North Olmsted.
<br />Section 3: There is hereby established Section 339.04, Chapter
<br />339, Title Five entitled: WEIGHT OF LOAD; WIDTH OF TIRE.
<br />No person, #irm, or corporation shall transport over the improved
<br />public streeb$ alleys, bridges, or culverts within the IvluniGpality
<br />in any vehicle propelled by muscular,rnotor, or other power,
<br />any burden , including the weight of the vehicle and load, greater
<br />than the following: ;
<br />(A~ (1? In vehicles having metal tires three inches or less in
<br />width, a load of five hundred pounds for each inch of the total
<br />width of tine on all wheels;
<br />(2) When the tires on such vehicles exceed three inches in
<br />width , an additional load of eight hundred pounds shell be
<br />permitted for each inch by whlch the total widtfi of the tine on
<br />al wheels exceeds twelve inches .

<br />for each inch of the total width of tires on all wheels , as follows:
