<br />Q!!l OF NORTH OLMBTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 66- ~ 3 -~ PAf3E 2 <br />For each full time member of the Fire Department, the City of Atcttth <br />Olssted, shall pay an art equal to a single person's rate per mo~ttth tawartls <br />tht cost of Blue Boss HQSptaiisaion and Medical Mutual premiums of said <br />tntt of the Fire I3epartment, as established by Contract 52YS effective the <br />2Znd day of May, 1965. <br />Section 2: That ordinance No. 65-271 enacted December 7, 1965, <br />and arty oedinance or parts of ordinances which are in conflict with this <br />ordlaa~e or any provisicn- of this ordinance are hereby repealed on tt~a date that <br />this ordinance becomes affective. <br />Section 3: That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the public peace, health, safety and welfare of the City by <br />virtue of the immediate necessity of maintaining and increasing the morels and <br />effectiveness of members of the Safety DeparEment.
