NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of North Ole+sted, State of Ohio: Section 1: That Resolution No. 66-177 now reading as follows: "Section 1: It is deemed necessary and it is hereby declared to be the intention of this Council to appropriate the real property described as follows: ® Cornelius N . Mitchell and Agnes A. Rados - Situated in ttus City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being part of Original Dover Township Lot No. 8 and further bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Lorain Road, 80 feet wide, with the centerline of Root Road, 60 feet wide, ssid point also being in the Westerly line of Original Dover Township Lot No. 8; thence N. 59° 5~2' 40" E ~lonq the centerline of Lorain Road, a distance of 625.42 feet to the northwesterly corner of land conveyed to Bertrand C . Austin by deed dated February 17 , 1910 , recorded in Volume 1245 , page 102 of Cuyahoga County Ascords; thence S 0° 37' 35" HIV along the westerly line of said land conveyed to Austin, a distance of 46.54 feet to the northwesterly corner of a parcel of land owned by Cornelius N. Mitchell and Agnes A. Rados, said point also being in the southeasterly line of said Lorain Road and the Principal Place of Beginning; Thence N 59° 52' 40" E along the said southeasterly line of said Lorain Arad, a distance of 122.50 feet to a point of curved turnout between the easterly line of said Lorain Road; Thenoe southwesterly along a curve deflecting tp the left a distance of 156.22 feet, said curve having a radius of 146.41 feet and a chord which bears South 29° 18' 37" West, a distance of 148.91 feet to a point of reverse curvature;
