Rados - <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga <br />and State of Ohio and known as being part of Original <br />Dover Township Lot No. 8 and further bounded and described <br />as follows: <br />Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Lorain <br />Road, 80 feet wide, with the centerline of Root Road, <br />60 feet wide, said point also being in the Westerly line <br />of Original Day er Township Lot No. 8; thence N 59° <br />52' 40'° E along the centerline o~ Lorain Road, a distance <br />of 625.42 feet to the northwesterly corner of land conveyed <br />to Bertrand C. Austin by deed dated February 17, 1910, <br />recorded in Volume 1245, page 102 of Cuyahoga County <br />Records; thence S 0° 37' 35" W along the westerly line of <br />said land conveyed to Austin, a distance of 46.54 feet to <br />the northwesterly corner of a parcel of land owned by <br />Cornelius N.
