CITY OP NORTH OLM3TED RESOLU2TON NO. 66- PAGE 3 Thence N 59° S2' 90" E along the said southeasterly line of said Lorain Road, a distance of 122.50 feet to a point of curved turnout Thence southwesterly along a curve deflecting to the left a distance of 156.22 feet, said curve having a radius of 146.41 feet and a chord which bears South 29° 18' 37" West, a distance of 148.91 feet to a point of reverse curvature; Thence Southerly along a curve deflecting to the right, a distance of 188.60 feet; said curve having a radius of 11, 449.15 feet and a chord which bears South 047' 13" E. a distance of 188.60 feet to a point in the southerly line of land conveyed to said Cornelius N. Mitchell and Agnes A. Rados; Thence South 89° 04' 40" W a distance of 38.47 feet to the southwesterly corner of said land conveyed to Cornelius N. Mitchell and Agnes A. Rados; Thence N 0° 37' 35" E along said westerly line of land conveyed to Mitchell and Rados, a distance of 257.58 feet to the Principal Place of Beginning. For the purpose of constructing, maintaining, operating, repairing, altering, replacing, and changing the size of Great Northern Blvd. , over and through said real property for all purposes necessary and incidental to the construction, maintenance, operation, repair, altering, replacement, and changing the size of Great Northern Blvd . Section 2: That it is necessary for the City of North Olmsted to take immediate possession of, and enter upon, the property described as aforesaid to facilitate the construction of Great Northern Blvd. Section 3: That the Mayor, be and he is hereby authorized and directed to cause written notice of the passage of this Resolution to be given to the owners of, or persons in possession of, or persons having an in Brest of record in the above described real property or to their authorized agents and said notice shall be served according to law by a person to be designated fcr the purpose by the Mayor and to make return of such service in the manner provided by law. Section 4: That any parts of Ordinance No. 66-177 inconsistent herewith is hereby repealed effective with the passage of this Ordinance. Section 5: That this Resolutioq shall be declared an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health, safety and welfare of the City by virtue of the fact that the construction season is drawing to a close and it is necessary to start construction of Great Northern Blvd. immediately to take advantage of weather conditions and far the orderly development of the City, WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage, oth~e~ise, at the earliest period allowed by law.
